How to simplify your business and your marketing

As an entrepreneur, you probably get tons of ideas almost daily, and you want them all to work all the time. So, the first thing that you want to do is pick one idea and focus only on that. If you make your ideas as specific as possible and focus on one thing at the time, it will be easier for you to move forward. 

When we talk about keeping things simple and easy, one thing to keep in mind is that you need to find out what simple is for you. Just because one thing is easy for someone else, it doesn’t mean that it will automatically be easy for you.  

You can’t serve everyone

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can’t serve everyone. You need to pick what pain points you want to address, what are the specific problems that your audience has. So, niche down and create targeted solutions for specific problems.

Define your ambition and set your boundaries

If you are a Quick and Easy Launcher, sometimes it can be hard to balance your ambition with your desire to keep things easy and simple. First, you need to define what your ambition is. Don’t feel pressured by other peoples’ success. The whole point of going on this entrepreneurial roller coaster is to do things your way and to have freedom in your business. Set your own goals, break them down into smaller steps, and get going! Test it, tweak it and try again. 

Finally, set your own boundaries. Learn to say no when you feel that something is not right for you. It is not easy, and it feels confrontational but it is in your best interest. When you start saying no, it will be easier to figure out what really is important to you.
