Mini-retreat for Creative Entrepreneurs
Upcoming event: Wiesbaden, Germany, August 28 & 29
For driven, ambitious entrepreneurs and creatives who crave a little more connection.Build more relationships. Feel supported. Tap into a wider network. Get motivated and re-energised. Validate your idea. Plan your next quarter. Together.
August 28 & 29, Wiesbaden, Germany (near Frankfurt)
A full-day immersive event to strategise, plan, and connect with a group of like-minded women on the same path you are. It’s for established business owners, creatives who have an idea they’d love to get off the ground, and everyone in between. The next day, August 29th, is a co-working and collaboration day to connect even further and deepen everything we did the previous day!
Together, we will be looking at your business and marketing strategy, and:
- where are you now
- where do you want to be
- what actions can you start taking to get there?
Because working from home can get lonely, and your dog isn’t the best source of brainstorming ideas or validating your launch plan.
We host and organise live events, mini-retreats and meetups in Europe and the UK.
I help creatives, business owners and freelancers like yourself connect with each other, grow larger networks, and get the support they need + crave so you build a stronger, more sustainable business and combat loneliness, insecurity and get a sparkle of motivation and confidence.
Who Is It For & What's Going to Happen
You’re a female entrepreneur, freelancer or creative. Maybe you just have an idea that’s been simmering in your heart and mind, or you already have a team beside you.
You’re marching on to the next mountain to climb… but sometimes, this path gets lonely.
You want to validate your idea, create your ‘here’s what I’m doing next’ plan, get focused, or simply, hang out and connect with a dozen other people on the same journey as you.
What We’re Doing
- A full-day, immersive workshop to refine your strategy with award-winning business and marketing strategist, Maggie Giele (Aug 28)
- An optional (but highly recommended) co-working and collaboration day to connect deeper with your fellow entrepreneurs (Aug 29)
- map out an action plan of next steps to your dreamy business goal
- Self-assessment and reflection activities to get out of the busywork and day-to-day routines of your business, and plan what actions will get you the highest impact
- Hot Seats – you may choose to dig deeper into a challenge you’re facing and get feedback from Maggie and the group. Sometimes, that fresh perspective is what you need!
Kind Words From Past Events
“The last retreat with Maggie brought me clarity, strategy, and massive growth, both professionally and personally. The open atmosphere gave me a chance to be honest and vulnerable about my experiences and challenges. The feedback I got in return transformed the way I grow and market my business, it actually kicked off a complete rebrand and relaunch of my site! Don’t miss the next one!”
Sandra van der Lee, Web Designer
“Maggie is incredibly talented, knowledgeable and genuinely loves helping people. She really tries to make people feel comfortable and guide them with their business sharing what she knows, providing the necessary tools and structure for growth and development.”
Founder, Not Only Pants
“The Bosses in Europe retreats are one of my favourite entrepreneurial get-togethers. Maggie has a way of making the important stuff come to the surface in an easy and fun way. Apart from being fully-packed with valuable advice about growing and running a business, the retreats are a great way to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, to share stories and to learn from each other. Absolutely recommend attending. It’s life – and business – changing!”
Murielle Marie, Business and Life Coach
“I came back from the event with a huge list of actions that I wanted to take and I implemented all of them in a matter of weeks, because I felt inspired and it was clear to me what I needed to do: change my brand and become more visible.”
Paulien Pierik, Business Coach & Ecommerce Strategist
